At Powerliink, we are committed to delivering premium-quality printing services. Since every order is custom-produced, this policy outlines our specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may qualify for a refund or a free reprint if the product contains manufacturing defects, differs significantly from the approved proof due to our error, or if we produced the wrong specifications or quantity.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns are not available if you approved the final proof, provided incorrect files, experienced minor color variations, or changed your mind after production began. Additionally, we are not responsible for damage occurring after delivery or delays caused by shipping carriers.
3. File Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring submitted files are accurate, including spelling, dimensions, resolution (minimum 300 DPI), and color settings. We are not responsible for errors in customer-approved files.
4. Reporting Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours. Claims must include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may be subject to charges for work completed and administrative costs; orders already printed cannot be canceled.
